These are the terms that govern your purchase and use of The Practical Claude Course (the "Course"), sold by Serenity Brands LLC ("we," "us"). By buying or using the site, you accept these terms.
By purchasing the Course, creating an account, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the Course.
The Course is a digital product delivered through your web browser. It is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the lessons listed at the time of purchase, plus any future updates we choose to ship.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as we continue to operate the Course. It is not a promise to operate the Course indefinitely. If we discontinue the Course — including because we sell or transfer it, become unable to operate it (such as in the event of the operator’s death or incapacity), or are required to take it down — your access ends at that point. We will give active license holders at least 30 days’ notice by email when a planned shutdown is reasonably foreseeable. Shutdown does not by itself entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day window described in Section 8.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Course is capped at the purchase price you paid for it.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. See refund.html for the full details.
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms — for example, by sharing or abusing your license — without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
