How refunds are processed
Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, processes the refund directly. The original charge is reversed on the card or payment method you used.
Serenity Brands LLC does not hold the funds at any point.
Once the refund is initiated, your license key is automatically revoked and your access to lessons 6–24 plus bonuses is removed within minutes.
Free preview lessons
Lessons 1–5 and the appendices remain freely accessible to anyone, including after a refund. You don't lose those.
Outside the 30-day window
Pro-rated or partial refunds are at company discretion and are typically not granted.
If you're dealing with a hardship case, reach out anyway — we'll consider it case by case.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. The 30-day window already covers any reasonable refund request, so a pre-emptive chargeback isn't necessary. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future Serenity Brands products.
