14-day, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase.
The first five lessons are free. If they don't earn the rest, you don't keep the rest — and you don't pay for the rest either.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, duplicate purchases intended to bypass access rules, or repeated abuse of this policy.
You don't have to explain why. "I'd like a refund" is enough.
How refunds are processed
Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, processes the refund directly. The original charge is reversed on the card or payment method you used.
Serenity Brands LLC does not hold the funds at any point.
Once the refund is initiated, your license key is automatically revoked and your access to lessons 6–24 plus bonuses is removed within minutes.
Free preview lessons
Lessons 1–5 and the appendices remain freely accessible to anyone, including after a refund. You don't lose those.
Outside the 14-day window
Pro-rated or partial refunds are at company discretion and are typically not granted.
If you're dealing with a hardship case, reach out anyway — we'll consider it case by case.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. The 14-day window already covers any reasonable refund request, so a pre-emptive chargeback isn't necessary. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future Serenity Brands LLC products.
